HOW LONG DO POWDER BROWS LAST?
Powder brows can last anywhere from one to three years. The retention depends on a number of factors, including skin type, lifestyle, medication, health condition, sun exposure, exfoliating, skin care etc.
DOES THE PROCEDURE HURT?
The procedure isn't painful as much as it is a scratchy irritant. Everybody has a different level of pain tolerance but most clients are completely comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. It has been compared to the sensation to tweezing or threading your eyebrows. Numbing solution is applied during the treatment to keep you feeling as comfortable as possible.
WHY IS AN INITIAL TOUCH UP REQUIRED?
Think of having your brows done in two parts. Â The first part we lay the foundation (which will lighten up to 40%)Â and create the shape. Â Once that is healed we go back in and do all final touches. Sometimes at this appointment the client may decide to go darker or a little bit larger which we can accommodate at this time. A good artist will work conservatively in the first appointment so that the finishing touches are the icing on the cake.
DO YOU USE NEW AND STERILIZED EQUIPMENT?
Much like a tattoo shop, our machine is bagged and taped. A new sterile cartridge will be taking out of its packaging while you are present. Everything is wiped down and disinfected before and after each client.
48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The deposit will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. Deposits are non refundable.
