Carmen Burns of Distinked Brows is a Permanent Make-Up Artist, Paramedical Tattooist, and Electrologist. 

It is Carmen's passion is to help clients regain their self confidence and minimize their insecurities.

Carmen does this by providing people with eyebrows that naturally frame their face, by camouflaging stretch marks and scars that may be attached to emotional memories or by removing unwanted and embarrassing hair permanently.

 

Through extensive training and mentorship programs Carmen has achieved certificates in:

 

- Machine Powder Brows

- Inkless Stretch Mark Revision

- Scar and Stretch Mark Camouflage

- Electrolysis.

- Microneedling

- Lash Lifts
